1. Bank Transfer
Pay for your order by internet, telephone or by requesting a bank transfer at your local branch. Once you have confirmed your order with us you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order reference number and our payment details. Immediately arrange your payment via bank transfer quoting your order reference number as the payment reference. If we receive your funds before 3pm / 15:00 and your products are in stock we will aim to dispatch your order the same day.
2. Debit Card
Use a debit card to pay instantly online up to the value of £30,000. Payments are accepted on Visa Debit, Maestro or MasterCard.
Security is paramount, as a result we can only dispatch debit card orders to the registered card holder’s address.
We also operate a number of fully verified and secured online security features for payments made by debit card.
3. Credit Card
Use a credit card to pay instantly online up to the value of
£5,000.
Payments are accepted on all Visa and MasterCard credit cards. There is
NO surcharge
for credit card payments. We also accept American
Express cards up to £5,000.
Security is paramount, as a result we can only dispatch credit card orders to the registered card holder’s address.
We also operate a number of fully verified and secured online security features for payments made by credit card.
4. Personal Cheque
Pay by personal cheque. Once you have confirmed your order a cheque must be sent by the end of the next working pay. Please make all cheques payable to Jewellery Quarter Bullion Limited and clearly write your order reference number on the reverse. We must wait 4 working days from us receiving the cheque for your funds to clear fully before dispatching your order. All cheque payments should be sent to:

5. Instant Bank Payment
Pay using Instant Bank Payment. Customers can now choose to make payments via Instant Bank Payment, a simple and secure way to make payments online. Customers will be able to authorise bank transfer payments to us via their existing banking app without needing to type in our bank details.

6. Apple Pay
Pay for your order via the Apple Pay system. Customers placing their orders on a supported Apple device (iPhone, iPad, Mac etc) can now select the Apple Pay option at checkout. Payments via Apple Pay will be limited to a maximum of £5,000.

GOLD.co.uk is no longer accepting cash payments at our trade counter.
Tightening regulations in compliance with HM Revenues & Customs anti-money-laundering guidelines, as well as a cultural decline in the amount of customers spending physical cash, has led us to this decision. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Payment Security
GOLD.co.uk takes online payment security very seriously. We are partnered with Barclay's SmartPay to provide you with a safe method of making online Debit Card and Credit Card transactions for orders up to the value of £30,000 (inc VAT).
For orders in excess of £30,000, customers must select one of our alternative payment methods. Additionally, any orders in excess of £50,000 must be placed via telephone with our knowledgeable team on 0121 369 3000 between 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
