Our office is based in the heart of Birmingham city centre, just a 30-second walk away from the New Street train station and the Grand Central shopping centre above it.

Please note: If attending the trade counter to buy or sell, please be able to supply two forms of identification. We require photographic ID such as passport or photographic driving license, and a utility bill or bank statement indicating your home address dated within the last three months.

If you are visiting us to make a purchase, please ensure to call us 1 or 2 days before making your journey to avoid any disappointment. Appointments to buy, collect, or sell at our counter can be made in advance over the phone. We have multiple stock locations around the UK and items shown in stock on the website may not be available at our trade counter.

Our office is located inside the Birmingham Clean Air Zone. If you're planning to visit us via car you can find further information on whether your vehicle is exempt, or pay for the charge, via the GOV.UK site - https://www.gov.uk/clean-air-zones
