We offer a range of delivery options to meet your requirements. All parcels are dispatched in secure, discreet and unbranded packaging. All orders are fully insured for the value of the contents. We only deliver to the UK and Northern Ireland. All parcels will require a signature upon receipt.
Orders will be dispatched the same day as long as cleared funds are received before 2pm / 14:00. For orders over 1.8KG we dispatch using UPS. Funds for these heavier orders need to be received by 1pm / 13:00.
All funds received after the cutoff time will be dispatched the following day. We dispatch on weekdays only - orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following week. If you would prefer to arrange a more convenient delivery date please get in touch and one of our helpful support team will be able to help you.
Please note: For customers based in areas such as the Scottish Highlands, the Outer Hebrides, and other rural or remote areas, it may take longer to receive Next Day orders and additional time for standard insured postage due to the transport logistics involved.
Channel Island customers: Orders for Jersey and Guernsey may be subject to import taxes or duties, as set by each individual government. Please consult a local customs agency or the relevant government websites for further information and guidance.
1. Free Insured Next Working Day Delivery (orders over £150) - FREE
This includes shipping, packing and insurance for orders over the value of £150. Orders over £50,000 will be dispatched in separate parcels on consecutive days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation the evening before delivery containing your tracking number. Please expect this delivery by 9pm the following day.
Please note: Orders weighing over 5 kilograms will be delivered at any point during the day via the UPS courier service.
2. Free Insured Delivery (orders £35 to £150) - FREE
Free insured delivery comes as standard on any order up to the value of £150. This delivery option is fully insured. Orders will normally be dispatched within 1 working day after funds have cleared and arrive typically in 1-3 working days, however some parcels may take up to 7 working days.
Please note: The delivery time is a Royal Mail estimate. Delivery may occasionally take longer. All parcels will need to be signed for.
3. First Class Delivery (orders under £35) - FREE
Order values below £35 will be sent Standard First Class with the Royal Mail, which typically takes up to 7 working days to arrive.
Customers can upgrade their postage to the Insured Delivery or Next Working Day delivery if they so choose.
4. Saturday Guaranteed - £10.00 | Saturday 9am Upgrade - £25.00
Customers can, for an upgrade fee, select Royal Mail delivery on a Saturday; either by 1pm or as a rush delivery for 9am. These orders are dispatched on a Friday evening, and a tracking number is provided to you to monitor your parcel's journey.
Please note: This service is only available to customers ordering less than 2 kilograms.
5. 9am Guaranteed Delivery - £20.00
If you're in need of your items urgently, or want to sign for them before leaving for work, then the 9am Guaranteed option may be for you.
Please note: This service is only available to customers ordering 2 kilograms of metal or less.
6. High Value Delivery Service (Orders over £250k)
We have accounts with specialist providers including Brink's, ViaMat and Malca-Amit and can arrange secure delivery. Pricing will depend on each individual order based on value, location and provider. Contact our Support staff for a more detailed quote via the details below.
7. Silver & Accessory orders weighing over 1.8 Kilos
All silver orders and orders containing accessories weighing over 1.8 kilograms will be sent fully insured via the UPS next day delivery service. Your order will be dispatched the same day for next day delivery as long as cleared funds are received by 1pm / 13:00.
All funds received after 1 pm may be dispatched the following day. All parcels will need to be signed for on delivery, and UPS delivery is any time between 8am and 8pm.
