ORDER DATES FOR DELIVERY BEFORE CHRISTMAS
- ORDERS £2,000+ - We recommend ordering by 3pm on Monday 22nd December at the latest (subject to order processing) to allow for arrival in time for Christmas.
- ORDERS BETWEEN £40 and £1,999.99 - We recommend ordering by 12:00 noon on Friday 19th December at the latest (subject to order processing) to allow for arrival in time for Christmas.
- ORDERS UNDER £40 - For orders below £40 we recommend ordering no later than Tuesday 16th December to give your orders the best chance of arriving in time for Christmas. Customers can upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery for a charge of £14.95 for added peace of mind.
The above dates are guides only, and all orders may be subject to delays outside of our control once dispatched. As such, we would always recommend ordering as early as possible to avoid any disappointment during the festive period.
Please note, for orders with payment by cheque we would recommend ordering no later than Thursday 11th December. We will need to have received your cheque by Friday 12th December to ensure it has time to clear. Cheques received after this date may result in your dispatch being delayed.
Please note we will continue to dispatch orders up to Tuesday 23rd December.
ORDERS OVER THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY PERIOD
Any orders placed after 12:00 Tuesday 23rd December will not be dispatched until 29th December at the very earliest. Order dispatching will resume on Monday 29th December.

SELLING TO US
The last day for sales with payments made before Christmas will be Wednesday 17th December. Any items received after this date will be processed as soon as possible.
SHOP & TRADE COUNTER
Our trade counter will be closed on the 24th until the 29th of December, as well as the 1st January 2026. Normal opening hours (Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 16:30) will apply outside of these dates. To make an appointment to visit us, please call the team a few days ahead of your planned visit.
