You can request physical delivery of part, or all, of your stored bullion whenever you like. Shipping will be charged at 0.35% of the current value of the shipment (based on spot price), plus a £25 handling fee. These charges are subject to VAT.

Standard shipping will take up to 5 working days and is limited to £50,000 per parcel. Larger value orders will be delivered in multiple parcels or by special arrangement via a high-security vehicle. All deliveries are fully insured.
Simply call 0121 369 3000 during office hours to request delivery and we will make arrangements. Delivery is only available to your UK linked account address.
