Our fully allocated storage fees are charged at 0.65% + VAT per annum of the Insurance Value of your total metal holding. There is a minimum charge equivalent to £10 per month including VAT. Charges are billed monthly in arrears.
You can add to your metal holdings at any time and will only be charged one fee based on the total value of your holdings.

* Average Insurance Value of holding is calculated based on the pure precious metal weight of your holding multiplied by the average London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) PM Fix. This is then uplifted by the percentage premium you originally paid for your specific products at GOLD.co.uk. Platinum is based on the LPPM PM fix.

Selling Back to Us
Extraction from the vault is free when selling your metal back to GOLD.co.uk.
Payments are made by bank transfer into your linked account. Same day CHAPS payments are available at a charge of £30. Call us on 0121 369 3000 weekdays during office hours to fix your prices and sell.

If you're selling part of an order and the value of metal sold is less than £2,500 we will charge you a re-vaulting fee of £25 to return the remaining unsold items into storage. View the table below for more information:

Delivery from Storage
You can request physical delivery of part, or all, of your stored bullion whenever you like. Shipping will be charged at £25 plus handling charged at 0.25% of the total value of the shipment. These charges are subject to VAT.

Standard shipping will take up to 5 working days and is limited to £50,000 per parcel. Larger value orders will be delivered in multiple parcels or by special arrangement via a high-security vehicle. All deliveries are fully insured. Call 0121 369 3000 to request delivery and we will make arrangements. Delivery is only available to your UK linked account address.
