Produced by the United States Mint and introduced in 1986, the 2020 American 1oz gold Eagle coin is struck in 22 carat gold (.9167) and contains 31.103 grams of pure gold. The obverse side of the coin features the traditional ‘Walking Liberty' design whilst the reverse side features a soaring eagle carrying an olive branch.
