Description

The 2022 Kek 5oz silver coin is part of the Egyptian Relic Series by Scottsdale Mint and issued by the Republic of Chad.

Limited to 5,000 coins, it features a hand-brushed antique finish and chiselled granite edges, inspired by ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics, showcasing Kek, the deity of darkness and chaos. The obverse displays the Chad coat of arms and essential coin details, while the reverse features Kek amid hieroglyphics. The coin holds legal tender status with a face value of 1,000 West African CFA francs, guaranteed by the Central Bank of Chad. The series celebrates Egyptian mythology and is highly sought after by collectors. Please note: the coin does not come in a box.
