2026 The Seymour Panther Tudor Beast 1oz Gold

The 2026 Seymour Panther 1oz gold coin is the tenth and final individual beast that features in The Royal Tudor Beasts Collection from The Royal Mint. The series draws on the ten heraldic beasts that line the Moat Bridge at Hampton Court Palace, representing the lineage of Henry VIII.

Designed by David Lawrence, the reverse features the Seymour Panther, one of the royal heraldic beasts given to Jane Seymour by Henry VIII. The design also incorporates subtle surface animation, adding an extra layer of security. The obverse bears the official coinage portrait of His Majesty King Charles III by Martin Jennings.

Struck in 999.9 fine gold and carries a face value of £100, the coin is legal tender and therefore exempt from Capital Gains Tax for UK residents. As with other releases in the series, production is limited.
