Minted by the South African Rand Refinery, our 2024 tenth ounce Krugerrand gold coins are struck in 22 carat gold (916.7). They weigh 3.39 grams and have a pure gold content of 3.11 grams.

The Krugerrand was the world’s first ounce-denominated gold coin. Since its introduction in 1967, the Krugerrand has gone on to be one of the most actively traded bullion coins in the world. The coin contains one tenth of a troy ounce of pure gold but, with the addition of a small amount of copper for extra strength and unique colouring, and the purity is set at 22-carat. The smaller size makes it a popular choice for those looking for extra flexibility in their investment or gifting.
