Description

This beautiful coin is the ninth of a series of ten that feature the "Queen's Beasts". Based on the 10 statues which stood guard for the Queen's Coronation, sculpted by James Woodford RA in 1953, each one representing an emblem for the various houses in the Queen's linage.

The Queen's Beasts are still standing, but are currently housed at the Canadian Museum of History in Quebec, Canada. Stone replicas of the statues can be found at Kew gardens.

This 1/4 oz gold coin features the White Horse of Hanover, the coin is pure (999.9) gold and weighs a quarter ounce (7.775 grams).

Just like other British currency, this coin will be also be exempt of any Capital Gains Tax. Available for secure vaulting or fully insured delivery.
