Description

This Robin Hood gold coin from The Royal Mint is the first issue in a new series called Myths & Legends.

The coin design features Robin Hood stood on a tree bough with a longbow drawn, he is joined on the coin by Queen Elizabeth II in her fifth official portrait image for the Royal mint. Both designs are created by the Royal Mint's designer Jody Clark.

This coin contains exactly one troy ounce of 24-carat (999.9 purity) gold. As British legal tender with a value of £100 it is exempt from Capital Gains Tax.
