The Double Sovereign is often referred to as the £2 coin as they both contain the same amount of gold - twice the amount of a Sovereign (15.98 grams), hence "Double Sovereign". The coin you will receive will feature the George and Dragon design, traditional to the Sovereign, or will be the more recognisable £2 coin variant, with varying designs for each year.

The year/s you will receive will be selected based on stock availability. Investors may not specify which year they receive.
