The 2025 1oz gold Britannia and Liberty coin showcases two iconic female figures, Lady Liberty from the US and the British Lady Britannia. It symbolises the enduring relationship between the United Kingdom and the United States. Following last year's introduction of the series, the 2025 Britannia & Liberty 1oz gold coin is the second issue of this coin.

This collaboration between The United States Mint and The Royal Mint, with both chief engravers contributing to the design, reflects shared values of fortitude and freedom. Issued jointly, this Royal Mint version of the coin features King Charles III on the obverse.
