Description

The 2026 one ounce Year of the Horse gold coin is minted by The Perth Mint as part of their coins marking the lunar new year. These 2026 Year of the Horse 1oz gold coins are a great choice for collectors and investors alike, and are VAT-free. Each coin is 31.1g of 24ct gold, with a face value of $100.

The reverse of the gold Perth Mint Year of the Horse coins feature a horse rearing up on it’s hooves, with a background of mountains and grassy plains. Designed by Ing Ing Jong, it also shows the Chinese character for Horse, the inscription ‘HORSE 2026’ and the Perth Mint’s P mintmark. The obverse of the coins feature Dan Thorne’s effigy of King Charles III and the coin’s face value, weight, purity.
