Description

The fourth proof release in the Royal Tudor Beasts Collection from The Royal Mint - the 2023 Bull of Clarence Proof 1oz silver coin. Like the Queen's Beasts series, the collection will feature 10 'Beasts', this time consisting of statues that line the Moat Bridge at Hampton Court.

The Bull of Clarence is featured here holding a shield with the Tudor Rose. It is the emblem borne by Edward IV and his brother Richard III as well as all the sovereigns of the Houses of Lancaster and Tudor.

The coin has a denomination of £2 and it contains a troy ounce (31.1g) of fine silver. The 999 silver coin comes in a specially designed display case with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity guaranteeing its limited edition. It also comes with a special booklet, and is provided in the original Royal Mint outer box.
